结合本篇文章，我们可以这样尝试写作：
1. 审题：
本文第一小问是：你认为你的周末怎么样。应该用一般时回答。而且要用至少两个形容词来形容你感受到的周末。
本文第二小问是：说出你这么认为的理由。解释为什么感受到你的周末是这样的。应该用一般时回答。因为这些都是经常性的动作和感受，所以是用一般时来说明理由。
本文第三小问是：举例至少两件你经常做的主要活动来进一步支持阐述以上理由。必须用一般时来写。但在写具体参与了什么活动时可以有过去时。
2. 确定文章类型： 这是一篇议论文而且是夹叙夹议。因此，在题材上要符合议论文的特点。但在举例时也可以有记叙文的特色。
3. 确定文章时态：根据审题，我们可以确定这篇文章可以是单一时态（一般时）也可以是混合时态（一般时及过去时混合）的文章。在写作时要注意时态的转换和变化。
4. 头脑风暴 发散思维： 一般来讲，头脑风暴有两种形式。一种是太阳发散型。另一种是竹节递进型。太阳发散型是从一个点想到很多相关的联系。我的周末这篇文章就可以先用太阳发散型头脑风暴。比如：我的周末可以让我想到轻松，愉快，忙碌，无聊，充实，累人的，很棒等等一系列的形容词。而竹节递进型的头脑风暴是从一点出发，层层递进，不断深化和推导的过程。如：从我的周末让我感到很轻松可以想到我在周末一直可以出去郊游。在郊游的过程中，我可以接触大自然，放松身心等。这就是一个层层递进的逻辑关系。很多时候这两种方法是有机地结合在一起同时使用的。这篇文章就可以这样结合起来运用。同学们可以在平时写作时多加注意和使用。

6. 列出提纲和段落 并运用适当的句型和过渡词衔接:
一般初中阶段的文章建议使用三段式。第一段通常为总起句。说明自己的观点或立场。也可以是一件事情的开端。第二段为全篇的主要内容。主要是要把自己的观点立场或事情的经过充分展开，阐述清楚。最后一段为总结段。要起到呼应，提升，点题的作用。这三段式的文章也能很好地符合文章中三小文的惯例。
本文第一段可以开门见山，直接表明自己的观点：用两个形容词来形容自己的周末。
第二段可以详细按照问题讲述我的周末是怎么样的。并且给出一两个例子。
第三段可以说明为什么喜欢帮助别人。帮助别人自己的感受等作为结尾。
